Healing, week by week 愈合过程
Fresh and sensitive 新鲜期
- ·Blot gently with clean tissue or sterile saline if the area feels damp. Dab, don't rub.
- ·A very thin layer of the balm we give you, morning and night. Thick layers trap moisture and slow healing.
- ·Keep shower water off your brows — turn away from the spray, and wash your face around the area.
- ·Colour will look much darker and sharper than the final result. That is expected.
Flaking begins 结痂脱皮
- ·Fine flakes will lift on their own. Do not pick, scratch or peel them — pigment comes away with them.
- ·Itching is normal. Tap gently through clean tissue rather than scratching.
- ·No swimming, sauna, steam room or heavy sweating this week.
- ·No makeup on or around the brow area.
The colour disappears — this is normal 淡化期（正常现象）
- ·Your brows will look pale, patchy, or almost gone. This stage worries almost everyone and it is expected.
- ·New skin has formed over the pigment; it has not fallen out.
- ·Keep avoiding exfoliating acids (AHA, BHA, retinol) anywhere near the area.
True colour returns 回色稳定
- ·Colour rises back through the skin and settles into its soft, final tone.
- ·Wear sunscreen on the area once healed — sun is the main reason brows fade early.
- ·Your complimentary touch-up is booked from week 4 onwards, once healing has settled.
When to see a doctor 何时应就医
Brow pigmentation breaks the skin, so infection is uncommon but possible. Please see a doctor or clinic — not us — if you notice any of these:
- ·Spreading redness, or heat around the area after day 3
- ·Swelling that gets worse rather than better
- ·Yellow or green discharge, or a bad smell
- ·Fever, chills, or feeling unwell
- ·Pain that increases instead of settling

Questions 常见问题
How does the deposit work? 订金怎么算？
A deposit holds your slot and comes off the total on the day. Pay by DuitNow or Touch 'n Go and attach the screenshot to your booking — the amount has unique cents so we can match it to you without asking.
Can I reschedule? 可以改期吗？
Yes — free up to 48 hours before, and your deposit moves with you. Inside 48 hours, or if you don't come, the deposit is forfeited. One move per booking. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it.
Does it hurt? 会痛吗？
Most people describe it as scratching rather than pain. We apply a topical numbing cream and wait for it to work before starting, and top it up during the session. Plenty of clients doze off.
How long does it last? 可以维持多久？
Typically 1.5 to 2 years, depending on your skin type, sun exposure and skincare. Oily skin tends to fade a little faster. A colour refresh keeps it looking fresh.
I've had my brows done before — can you work over it? 之前做过可以修改吗？
Usually yes, but old work needs assessing first. Send us a clear photo in daylight, without makeup, before booking. Faded orange or blue-grey tones need colour correction, which takes longer than fresh work.
Do you travel? 会到外地服务吗？
Yes. Trips to other cities are scheduled ahead — the booking page only offers those dates when we're actually there, so whatever it shows you is real. Bridal and event work can also come to you; message us for a quote.
What should I avoid before my appointment? 之前要注意什么？
No alcohol or caffeine that morning, and no blood thinners unless your doctor has prescribed them — both cause more bleeding, which affects how well pigment settles. Stop retinol and exfoliating acids on the area a week before.
